  • Strategy, management, content creation and paid campaigns.

    To drive website traffic and convert tickets (free and paid events).

    Paid ad campaigns - Event lead up campaigns. Using reach, awareness, traffic and conversion objectives.
    Audience creation and uploading for ad sets.
    Content creation for ads - static, video assets, using a range of device and platform placements.

    Influencer outreach and management, pre-event, onsite and post event.

    Manage budgets per event, and off season campaigns.

    Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, Tribe, LinkedIn (B2C).

  • Creating graphics, videos and other assets to use throughout the campaign across several communication channels.

    Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom), Final Cut Pro, InShot, Canva and more.

  • Use of ticketing software to set up events, track registrations and attendance for reporting and analysis.

    LΓΌp, Eventbrite.

  • Database growth through ticket sign ups and digital marketing communications/channels.

    Design, production and sends.

    Mailchimp, Salesforce CRM.

  • managing pre-event and onsite media, PR, influencers, celebrity speakers.

    Meltwater, PR lists.

  • Ideation and creation of features for the events, alongside the event coordinating team.

  • Marketing ad sales, door prize sponsorships, stage name sponsors, event partners.

  • Updating websites for each upcoming event.

    Tracking, analysing and reporting visitor traffic trends.
